Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and safety. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issue with your product, please contact us at shopjenascorner@aol.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
